Homeschool Math Challenge February 7

Giving Hongbao (Red packets or Red envelopes) during Chinese New Year is a tradition. A Red packet is simply a red envelope with money in it which symbolizes luck and wealth. Red packets are typically handed out to childen by their parents, grandparents, relatives, close neighbors and friends.
Chin's uncle put 4 coins in his envelope, his grandma put in 7 more coins, and his parents each added 5 more. How many coins did Chin receive all together?
